Description:Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Token Management Specialist to support a program onsite in Niceville, FL.
*Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements.
We are seeking a highly organized Token Management Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing, recording, issuing, and providing trouble ticket services related to token management for military personnel. In addition, the role will involve supporting VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems and performing Windows System Administrator tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the security, accessibility, and functionality of critical systems, ensuring seamless operations for our military clients.

Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
How Role will make an impact:
- Token Management:
- Maintain accurate records of token assignments, activations, and deactivations. · Issue and distribute tokens to authorized military personnel, ensuring proper authentication and authorization procedures are followed.
- Monitor token inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure an adequate supply is maintained.
- Troubleshoot token-related issues, providing timely resolution to personnel encountering access problems.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement best practices for token security, including regular updates and audits.
- Windows System Administration:
- Perform basic Windows System Administrator tasks, such as user account management, permissions, and software installations.
- Monitor system health, resource utilization, and security configurations.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and backups.
What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
- 3 Years of Experience of relevant experience
- General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
- Strong understanding of token-based authentication systems, including hardware and software tokens.
- Proficiency in trouble ticketing systems and IT service management practices.
- Familiarity with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems and concepts.
- Solid knowledge of Windows system administration, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
What Sets you apart:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
- Active Secret clearance
