Job Summary
A Project Analyst is needed to provide direct support to a government project team in managing administrative, logistical, and security-related activities. The role involves coordinating daily project operations, addressing stakeholder concerns, and supporting secure facility processes. Responsibilities include managing inventory and equipment logistics, supporting data security procedures, coordinating visitors, and assisting with documentation and reporting to ensure smooth project operations.
Requirements
Travel:
Local travel for meetings is rare but may occur when required to address stakeholder concerns. Occasional travel may be needed for coordination tasks within the surrounding regional area.
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Requirements
Experience supporting multiple projects in security-intensive environments
Experience with logistics and inventory management support
Familiarity with secure facility procedures, data classification, and data migration policies
Knowledge of cybersecurity policies and security compliance practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related web tools
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resourcefulness skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, particularly with inventory management, communications, and secure facility procedures
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative, logistical, and security support to the project team
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project progress and milestone completion
Manage visitor coordination, logs, and secure facility access processes
Track and manage physical assets, equipment inventory, and audits
Coordinate shipping and transfer of equipment and sensitive materials
Maintain sensitive data inventory tracking and related documentation
Respond to data calls, audits, and reporting requirements
Maintain documentation related to data migration and transfer procedures
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience supporting government technical or defense-related projects
Education
A Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
