IT Tech Analyst I - Glenwood Springs

FT, position provides Service Desk IT support to Holy Cross Energy. Answers support tickets & assists with technical issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, & other computer-related technologies. Performs workstation replacements in accordance with IT equipment lifecycle & assists with work plans & special projects. Contributes to strong security culture by practicing cybersecurity awareness & referring identified security issues to Sr. staff for resolution or mitigation.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in computer science, IS/IT or related field
• 1 yr related work experience &/or training
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Starting wage $38.04-47.55/hr DOE.
