Description
Job Title: Cybersecurity Training Instructor
Job Summary:
The Cybersecurity Training Instructor delivers engaging, in-depth training programs on advanced cybersecurity and technical topics in both onsite and mobile training environments. This role requires strong instructional skills, subject matter expertise, and a commitment to continuous learning to ensure high-quality, effective training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive and engaging training programs on advanced cybersecurity and technical disciplines at fixed and mobile training sites.
Apply adult learning methodologies to enhance student engagement and achievement of intended learning objectives.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant performance metrics and feedback.
Update and maintain course content, lesson plans, training aids, and curriculum documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
Develop instructional materials aligned with Task Order requirements and organizational standards.
Demonstrate high-quality presentation and instructional delivery skills in classroom and hands-on training environments.
Continuously adapt instructional approaches and content to reflect evolving technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in one or more relevant technical disciplines, including but not limited to:
Cybersecurity
Hardware and software troubleshooting and configuration
Digital forensics and intrusion techniques
Forensic examination tools and suites
Malware analysis
Strong instructional delivery and presentation skills.
Experience employing adult learning principles in technical training environments.
Ability to assess learner performance and incorporate feedback to improve training effectiveness.
Eagerness for continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic technical field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience delivering technical training in onsite or mobile environments.
Relevant industry certifications or instructional credentials.
